It's been a few weeks since I checked in here. Sometimes, life gets in the way and I forget to check in.
The weight loss competition at work is in it's final two weeks. I've done pretty good, but am currently in 4th place for the women. The woman in first has lost like 3lbs a week for the last two weeks and I've slowed down. Actually, earlier this week I crept down into the next 10lb category. Unfortunately, hormones and water weight have me up again.
Fitness-wise, I've tried to step it up. I'm running 5 days a week, usually, and have managed to actually run for 3.5 miles without stopping a few times. It feels horrendous and awesome all at the same time. I need to figure out how to work some weight training into the routine though. there just isn't enough time.
Pat's competition is winding down too, but we both are committed to making this stick, especially the running part.
There is no challenge through the Sisterhood this week, but am still checking in
