The gals over at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans has a new challenge beginning TODAY! This is just what I need to keep my motivation going following the last challenge and the "biggest loser" competition at work.
This week's challenge is to take Action and figure out some goals for this challenge and create a motivation board. I've set one up on Pinterest.
Ultimately, I want to be in a much healthier place. Assuming my ankle heals nicely, I want to keep running and run in a 5K at the end of May. I'd love to be down another 10-15 lbs too!
