What this means for me is that I will no longer be pumping milk during the day at work. I cannot begin to tell you how exciting this is for me. While I am sad that my baby is growing up, I am thrilled to not be constantly stressed over how much milk I am producing. For you breastfeeding advocates out there, don't panic, I will still be nursing her when she needs is, but hopefully it will only be at bedtime.
This also means that I will feel much better about cutting back on my calories and stepping up on my exercise. I've used this spring break to do both. Along with my sisters at The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans, I have embarked on the 30 Day Shred Challenge. Today is day 3 and I feel great. I even think my hubby will be starting it too (he's waiting until after his Easter indulgences).
Today's weigh-in wasn't that great, but I've just started the Challenge and fully expect next weeks numbers to be better!
Starting weight: 1_8.4
Last week: 1_0.4
This Week : 1_0.4
Gain/loss: 0
Total: +2.o

hurrah for getting rid of a stressor in your life!!
I just stopped nursing my daughter last week. We were down to one time a night and I was pretty ready to be done!
Congrats on your loss this week!!! I hope you enjoy having a little less stress in your life now so you can focus on YOU!!!
Good luck with all your transitions with breast feeding. Now it's you time and I wish you lots of luck!
I, too, have finished nursing and I'm reay to kick all thiis extra poundage to the curb. Next week, I am sure there will be a loss, for both of us! Good luck.
Keep up the good work and you'll see results!!
I'm so glad you're shredding with us!
Good luck this week!
I'm so glad the activity is helping you to feel better. Sometimes that makes all the difference! Keep shredding and good luck next week! :)
